Everything you need to know to walk in feeling at home.
- I'm a complete beginner. Should I start with a heated or unheated class?
- We recommend starting with an unheated class — it's a regular-temperature room, easier on a new practice, and gives you space to learn the shapes. Once you feel steady, our heated room (90°F) is a wonderful next step.
- What's the difference between your heated and unheated classes?
- We teach in a single room. For heated classes, the room is warmed to 90°F for deeper opening, more sweat, and a more intense flow. Unheated classes are taught at regular room temperature. Same teachers, same care — your choice.
- What should I bring to my first class?
- Comfortable clothes you can move in and a water bottle (especially for heated classes — bring a towel too). We provide mats, blocks, and blankets, though many students prefer their own mat.
- How early should I arrive?
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can welcome you, show you around, and help you get settled.
- Do you offer drop-in classes?
- Yes — single drop-in classes are $10. You can also purchase a class pack or an unlimited monthly membership on our Pricing page. A 3% processing fee applies to card payments at checkout.
- Where are you located?
- We're at 208 S Main St in Kennett, Missouri — in a historic building just off the courthouse square. Street parking is available along Main Street and on nearby side streets.
- Do you offer group or private lessons?
- We don't offer one-on-one private lessons, but we do host group sessions for birthday parties, church groups, civic organizations, and similar gatherings — based on availability. Reach out via our Contact page to plan something.
- Can I cancel my class reservation?
- Yes. You can cancel any reservation through your Mindbody account up to 2 hours before class begins to avoid a late-cancel fee.
